With 40 years of experience in hospitality and fine dining, Arnaud Douilly embodies the excellence and craftsmanship of French savoir-faire. A graduate of the Strasbourg Hospitality School, he began his career in Germany and went on to climb the ranks in renowned establishments on the French Riviera, Monaco, and China. He has worked with five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and private yachts in their pursuit of excellence.
Driven by a passion for sharing his expertise, Arnaud combines tradition and innovation to offer a bespoke approach. His expertise is based on a global perspective, a deep understanding of the entire service chain, and an unwavering attention to detail. Graduating from the Strasbourg Hospitality School in 1985, Arnaud Douilly began his career at a renowned establishment in Baden-Baden, Germany. Since then, he has gained extensive experience working with numerous prestigious institutions.
