With 40 years of experience in hospitality and fine dining, Arnaud Douilly embodies the excellence and craftsmanship of French savoir-faire. A graduate of the Strasbourg Hospitality School, he began his career in Germany and went on to climb the ranks in renowned establishments on the French Riviera, Monaco, and China. He has worked with five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and private yachts in their pursuit of excellence.
