Observation Audit
SilverSea Cruises
In October 2022, Arnaud Douilly conducted a comprehensive observation audit on one of SilverSea Cruises' ships, focusing on optimizing the quality of onboard service.
By meticulously analyzing each phase of service across the ship's 8 restaurants, the audit identified several strengths as well as areas for improvement.
Two training proposals were formulated:
1. An onboard training aimed at enhancing the skills of restaurant managers and staff on fundamental aspects such as service management, anticipating customer needs, and attention to detail. Arnaud recommended regular on-site follow-up for all 13 ships to ensure the application of the guidelines.

2. A complementary five-day training program, conducted by Arnaud at the Lycée hôtelier Jeanne et Paul Augier in Nice, to further refine service techniques.

This audit laid the foundation for a strategy designed to elevate service to a level aligned with the standards of the luxury cruise sector.
