Lux* Hotel
In March 2024, Arnaud Douilly carried out a strategic consulting mission for the Lux* Hotel Group, in collaboration with the tour operator Special Routes and the magazine Chinese National Geography in the Yunnan province of China.
The mission aimed to develop Franco-Chinese fusion dinners along the Ancient Tea Horse Road. Additionally, the goal was to use only locally sourced drinks and products through a short supply chain, honoring the environmental commitments of the "farm to table" concept, while delivering high-quality service to meet the expectations of a wealthy Chinese clientele.

Drawing on his expertise, Arnaud provided tailored solutions to combine the authenticity of French cuisine with the resources of Meili Mountain, located on the Tibetan border. This ensured an exceptional French gastronomic experience while respecting the quality standards and cultural specifics of the Chinese market.

The mission also involved an in-depth focus on reducing the carbon footprint, managing and sourcing ingredients, and maintaining the cold chain. Once again, training and raising awareness among local staff were crucial elements.
Arnaud worked to align the menus with the group's values and the clients' expectations while offering solutions to enhance the brand image of Lux* Hotel in China.
