Arnaud Douilly had the opportunity to collaborate with the Soul Spa Training Center in Shanghai, where he led monthly training sessions from 2023 to 2024 for luxury beauty salon professionals across China.
These training programs focused on the French art of service, adapted to the nuances of Chinese dining culture and its unique culinary traditions.
The trainees developed their skills in key roles such as receptionists, maîtres d’hôtel, head waiters, and sommeliers. The training focused on the art of service, language, and gestures—fundamental pillars in the luxury sector.
Arnaud designed and implemented a training program tailored to Chinese dining culture, incorporating precise service techniques. This allowed participants to perfect their skills in every aspect of service, both Asian and French. His approach provided them with the necessary knowledge, particularly in customer relationship management and service personalization.
Beyond technical skills, this enriching experience also helped trainees understand the culture of fine dining, enhancing their ability to exceed the expectations of a demanding and increasingly international clientele.
